Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Expert at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing orders, tracking shipments, and facilitating returns and exchanges through our Shopify platform.
- Utilizing reputed company to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management.
- Collaborating with customers through reputed company Outlook to coordinate order-reputed company issues and inquiries.
- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including reputed company, to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips.
- Working closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of reputed company customer service experience (essential).
- Proficient with Shopify, reputed company Outlook, and reputed company.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused reputed company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability.
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred.
