Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Practice Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation. You will execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: ### Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience.
- 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles.
- A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs.
- Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions.
### Preferred Qualifications
- A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations.
- Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following: Content Production, Media Supply Chain, Direct to Consumer / Streaming, Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization, Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads.
