Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction with arenaflex is a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service across multiple channels, addressing product and service inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support, and navigating our website to ensure that customers have a smooth and efficient experience.
• Taking ownership of every issue, resolving it from start to finish, and providing a best-in-class service experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to create a delightful experience, going beyond just solving a single problem and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
• 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience.
• Availability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Broadband internet reputed company with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. + Private and distraction-free home environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will reputed company you a strong candidate for this role:

• 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
• Experience working virtually.
• Experience in veterinary/pet care.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
• Animal lover - a plus, but not required!
