Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submit accurate paperwork for further review.

• Update and maintain customer account information, ensuring reputed company records are reputed company and accurate.
• Identify and resolve document issues, determine root causes of problems, and provide solutions.

Requirements:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days. Our full-time position includes 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday. We also offer reputed company, which is 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
