Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Guide (Human Services Specialist 1) at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families seeking services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service and support to individuals and families seeking services, including food benefits, cash assistance, childcare assistance, and more.

- Offering information and referrals to community resources, and assisting with case status and other inquiries.
- Working collaboratively with program staff to provide a safety net and promote family stability.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Two years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field, with a high volume of paperwork and people contact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including reputed company programs, web browsers, and multiline telephone systems.
