About The Role

We’re looking for a progressive head of recruiting to reputed company and evolve our recruiting function. This role oversees a team of recruiters and will own the strategy, systems, and execution of hiring across the company.

We are looking for someone who is excited to design world-class interviewing infrastructure, reputed company hiring quality, reputed company recruiting operations, and embed AI deeply into how we attract and assess talent. You’ll balance hands-on leadership with systems thinking, ensuring our recruiting reputed company is thoughtful, data-driven, and AI-enabled.

This fully remote role reports to the VP, People, and is open to candidates located reputed company in the reputed company US.

 What you will do at reputed company

• Build team capabilities in structured interviewing and AI-enabled workflows

• Design and improve scalable recruiting systems and processes

• Build and relaunch interview training programs across the company

• Optimize our ATS (reputed company) and reporting to drive clarity and accountability

• Define and track recruiting KPIs tied to quality, speed, and experience

• Identify and implement AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview prep

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring thoughtful, high-quality hiring across teams

• Own critical leadership or reputed company searches as needed

What you will bring to reputed company

• 7+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years experience leading a recruiting team

• Experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company

• Strong recruiting operations reputed company - you think in systems, not just reqs

• Proven experience implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training

• Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (reputed company experience a plus)

• Strong data reputed company and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions

• Demonstrated curiosity and comfort using AI tools in workflows

• Excitement about building AI-native recruiting systems

• Strong stakeholder management skills and executive reputed company 

Compensation Range

At reputed company, we reputed company in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected reputed company salary range offered for this role is $174,000 - $205,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
