Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Review and educate members reputed company and their insurance coverage
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
