The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. • June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST
• June 15 – 19, 2026: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
• June 29 – July 3, 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown

POSITION TITLE: Intern, Employee Engagement & Communications YOUR ROLE AT reputed company... Do you have an eye for detail and reputed company wearing many hats? As Employee Engagement & Communications Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Communications and Employee Engagement to help maintain create an incredible employee experience for our corporate audience. Not only will you assist in executing our events, but you will be able to support in writing communications which touch almost 2,000 of our reputed company employees! WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

• You will work with internal newsroom team to learn how to maintain, administer, and create intranet site content including documents, video, photos, and other reputed company media
• Support event logistics including but not limited to vendor sourcing and management, timeline management, project planning, budget management and ensuring our vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and facilities to deliver successful onsite events
• Capture recaps which support archiving processes to ensure ROI on events
• Drafting, editing, and publishing news content for our weekly Take A Beat section of the newsletter

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of studies reputed company communications, PR, journalism, or reputed company field
• Excellent writing and communications skills (creativity welcome!)
• Experience with web and digital content publishing platforms such as SharePoint, Word Press, Drupal, reputed company or similar.
• Relevant experience in event production including coordination and project management
• Skilled with reputed company Office suite or collaboration software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). reputed company suite knowledge and experience a plus.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
• Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions

• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

The reputed company hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour.
