Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling. If you're self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, answering questions and offering guidance on our range of benefits

- Offer personalized support and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
