Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier support to customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, troubleshooting technical issues, and reporting customer feedback to relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring reputed company issue resolution and high satisfaction
