We are currently seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Development Lead (SAP Technical) Role Overview The SAP Development Lead oversees all SAP custom development initiatives, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions across ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and integration layers. Key Responsibilities •    Lead a team of developers delivering custom solutions across SAP modules. •    Define development standards, code review processes, and technical documentation. •    Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs. •    Manage performance optimization, transport management, and release planning. •    Mentor and guide junior developers and coordinate offshore teams. •    Support technical design for integrations, extensions, and enhancements. Required Skills •    Expertise in ABAP (OO, CDS, BOPF, AMDP) and Fiori/UI5 development. •    Experience with S/4HANA extensibility frameworks and BTP. •    Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle (ALM, CTS, GIT). •    Excellent leadership and coordination skills. Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. •    8+ years of SAP development experience with 2–3 years in a lead role. •    SAP Certified Development Specialist preferred.
