Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a range of queries and issues, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance.
- Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers.
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Right to work in The Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a computer.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required).
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid).
