Your Mission: The ERP Test Manager/Engineer will reputed company and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, working closely with the PMO to reputed company and track the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), create a Requirement Traceability Verification Matrix, and coordinate interdependent testing. This role is responsible for developing systems, data transformation, system adoption and new processes for enterprise resource planning system, as well as supporting over 20,000 end-users who rely on ERP systems to plan, build, and test Space Flight Hardware. The role spans the full scope of ERP domains and reputed company modules, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and testing. Basic Qualifications • 7+ years of reputed company functional experience, including but not limited to PP, MM, IM, PS, AM, FI, CO, and SD modules. • 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing enterprise business applications. • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in reputed company projects. • 3+ years of experience as an IT Application Product reputed company, Project Manager, or leading IT initiatives. • 5+ years of experience with reputed company integration and configuration, or similar application integration experience. • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation projects across multiple functional organizations. • In-depth knowledge of ERP processes and production workflows. • Strong understanding of Agile processes and principles. • Experience with ERP implementation, testing, and sustainment. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Proven ability to reputed company and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams. • Demonstrated experience managing software development projects across full lifecycles. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience leading diverse teams with multiple components and geographical locations. • Creative thinker with a strategic vision and attention to detail. • Must be a U.S. citizen.
