Job Summary
As a crucial member of our medical transcription department, you will be responsible for transcribing radiology reports and other medical documents from audio recordings, updating patient charts, and entering reports into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure the precision and clarity of medical records, supporting effective patient care and treatment planning.
Responsibilities
* Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
- Update patient charts with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts.
- Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and reputed company to clarify dictation and ensure completeness of reports.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in transcribing medical dictation using transcription software and word processing tools.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in transcribing reputed company medical terminology.
