Position Purpose
The Manager, Customer Experience Strategy will be responsible for leading discrete strategic projects or workstreams, serving as a thought partner to our online organization, and guiding the work of Analysts and Sr. Analysts. You will reputed company expertise in reputed company elements of online retail, including market and customer dynamics, competitive landscape, technology trends, and category, pricing, social, and mobile strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Competitive and Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on external developments, identify opportunities and threats, and reputed company insights and solutions to communicate to executive audiences (10%)

Requirements
