About this role

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of our talented support team, working remotely with colleagues from around the world. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving user queries reputed company email, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborating with engineers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, making our product easier and more natural to use
  • Developing expertise in our users and product, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates
  • Working closely with the support team to optimize support processes and improve efficiency
  • Utilizing reputed company or similar CRM products to manage and track support requests

You could be a great fit if you have

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
