As a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and support specialists. You'll work closely with our Customer Support team, engineering, and data scientist teams to deliver a platform that meets the needs of our customers and support specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
- Defining strategy, capturing requirements, clarifying prioritization, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and communicating plans.
- Collaborating with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
- Managing integrations and adoption of products, including reputed company collaboration with engineering and data scientist teams, as well as third-party solution providers and consulting firms.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
