Job Summary
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
