What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in English and Spanish
- Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs

What You Bring to the Role

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
- High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience, with a proven track record of success
