Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative in a contractor role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
• Providing exceptional customer care and delivering outstanding service experiences
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor throughout customer interactions
• Working collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations

Schedule and Earnings

* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

• Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (reputed company client / contract hours of operation)
• Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
• Pay is determined by your phone status reputed company assisting customers
• Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Technology and Equipment Requirements

Contractual Relationship

As an reputed company with arenaflex, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-reputed company expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. reputed company you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social reputed company, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any reputed company.
