Job Overview
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. You'll troubleshoot basic technical issues, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment.
