Job Overview
arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Manage Backlog Orders and Open Orders: Communicate late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
- Investigate Credit and Debit Requests: Analyze and resolve customer queries and requests, issuing credit or debit as necessary to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Provide Technical Support: Answer technical queries from customers using online resources and offer alternatives using available solutions, ensuring customers receive the support they need to succeed.
- Drive Corrective Actions and Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement and reputed company projects to reputed company customer satisfaction levels, driving business growth and loyalty.
Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits
