Responsibilities

As a Senior Communications Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Communications Creation: Developing reputed company initiatives that drive engagement and support our agents in delivering exceptional service.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Acting as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives and working with various partners to understand performance support needs and reputed company recommendations for support.
• Storytelling: Utilizing your expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication.
• Experience Design: Partnering to reputed company the tools and processes that will best meet our agent and business needs.
• Process: Contributing to the processes established to reputed company agent messaging and deliver communication materials.
• Measurement: Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on content performance, as well as analyzing content and campaigns to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification: You'll need to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing experience: You'll need to have at least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing.
• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience: A bachelor's degree or military experience is preferred, but not required.
• At least 4 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing is preferred.
