Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests. You will also act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs. In addition, you will utilize various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests
- Act as a travel consultant by researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs
