Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company phone, email, or fax. Key Responsibilities

• Following up on pending payments and processing payments
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• English/Spanish reputed company: You must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Computer literacy: Above-average data entry skills and proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
