Job Summary
As an independent freight agent/dispatcher, you will be responsible for soliciting freight services from customers, arranging transportation, dispatching loads to drivers, and monitoring freight to its final destination. You will work independently, with minimal supervision, and receive the necessary support to reputed company in your role. Key Responsibilities
* Handle reputed company incoming calls from drivers and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- reputed company outbound cold calls to new potential customers, utilizing effective communication skills to build relationships and secure new business
- Monitor electronic messages for the fleet and respond to driver requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage O.S.&D issues as they arise, ensuring that reputed company issues are resolved reputed company and effectively
- Address accidents as they occur, providing support and guidance to drivers and customers
- Complete computer work for reputed company calls, empty calls, relays, and other tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in B2B telemarketing or inside sales, with a proven track record of success
- Previous cold calling experience, with a strong ability to build relationships and secure new business
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and explore alternative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in PC use, including reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint

* Previous experience in the transportation industry, with a strong understanding of logistics and freight services
