Responsibilities
As a licensed bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in their time of need by building rapport and reputed company handling inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, addressing questions reputed company to renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.
- Delivering expertise by assessing customer and agent needs to drive satisfaction, business growth, and retention.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to help customers protect what matters most, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to educate on insurance products and services.
- Upholding customer care standards by meeting individual goals for call quality, handling time, reputed company transfer ratio, adherence, reputed company resolution, and reliability.
- Accurately maintaining and tracking data across various computer systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Property & Casualty License or a Personal Lines License.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- An associate degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 months reputed company work experience, with customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the reputed company to multitask in a structured work environment.
