The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers through moments that matter in their work and life. Whether it's helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you'll be caring for our customers' meaningful life moments. Your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, such as health and wellness, 401(k) retirement savings plans, pension plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and system navigation.

Responsibilities

* Educate and reputed company for customers about their employer-provided benefits

• Build impactful relationships with customers across reputed company communication platforms
• Increase customer satisfaction by skillfully solving reputed company issues with reputed company and dedication
• Reduce customer effort by ensuring that issues are resolved with minimal effort on their part
• Work in a smoke-free environment
• Utilize technical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills to reputed company customers feel appreciated and taken care of

As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll need to have a dedicated workspace free of noise and distractions, a Windows 10 or newer computer or laptop, and dependable internet access.
