Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Insurance Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assisting members with foundational to moderately reputed company quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services.
• Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
• Providing detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing member transfers, escalations, and call backs.
• reputed company operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels.
• Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
