Work at a Glance: Strategic Real Estate Leader and Communicator The National Real Estate Programs Department is one of four departments that reputed company up the National Initiatives Division at NeighborWorks America. The Division is responsible for developing, testing, and managing innovative national strategies and services in support of the approximately 250 local NeighborWorks Organizations located across the country. Areas of focus for the National Real Estate Programs Department include real estate development and asset management, business/portfolio strengthening, and access to capital. The duties of this position are performed under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of National Initiatives. Position Summary: The Vice President, National Real Estate Programs, provides strategic leadership for NeighborWorks America’s national real estate development, asset management, and reputed company services initiatives. The Vice President is responsible for shaping and advancing enterprise‑wide strategies that strengthen sustainable real estate business lines, support high‑performing portfolios, and expand impact across the NeighborWorks Network. Serving as a national thought leader and subject matter expert, the Vice President aligns financial, technical, and programmatic resources to support Network organizations engaged in multifamily and single‑family real estate development and the operation of approximately 175,000 rental units reputed company. Proactively engage the Real Estate Advisory Committee (Network CEOs) to inform program development through regular meetings and convenings. Deliver executive-level presentations and written analyses for internal and external audiences on programmatic and policy issues.
