Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

- Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills and providing personalized solutions

Preferred Skills
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience supporting brand products and services, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum HS diploma, college preferred, with a focus on business, communications, or a reputed company field
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with a strong analytical reputed company
- Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer needs
