Job Summary
We're looking for an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and reputed company with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the Internet. You'll provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Helping customers with healthcare needs such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Offering additional products and/or services
- Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Experience in a healthcare-reputed company field or benefits/insurance organization preferred
- Open availability
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
