Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
• Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
• A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the reputed company Act, or CRM systems, is highly valued. Spanish Bilingual skills are also a plus.
