Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in a reputed company Manager role, with 6+ years in an enterprise SaaS or product support environment

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at reputed company organizational levels
