Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Initiate first contact with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Identify and register initial users, ensuring accurate and relevant data migration
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions to showcase arenaflex's products and services
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers to resolve customer issues and provide technical support
• Liaise with external software suppliers to ensure seamless integration and support
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customers are comfortable using arenaflex's portal and to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a reputed company field

• Strong communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to customers and providing exceptional service

• Comfortable working with software tools and digital platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
