You'll be joining a team of world-leading AI experts, alongside co-founders Alexandre Robicquet and Dr. Emile Contal, who built the company out of Stanford's AI research labs. What You'll Do
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building deep, trusted relationships with key contacts and executives at our customers' companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our platform
- Reviewing ongoing customer campaigns and providing strategic guidance to customers to help them reputed company their goals
- Successfully onboarding and deploying new customers by working closely with our engineering team
- Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on our platform and best practices in personalization for our customers
- Collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our customers' needs are met
- Managing the output of these relationships, including KPIs impact, reputed company, product enhancements, and more
- Balancing short-term projects with long-term goals to ensure our customers' success
- Providing customer feedback to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Identifying, selling, upselling, enabling, and managing opportunities with our customers
What You Should Have
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SAAS reputed company
- A thoughtful and empathetic approach reputed company dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- An analytical reputed company focused on uncovering opportunities for customers
- An understanding of the AI software landscape
- Ability to work with a diverse range of customers, each with their own vision and measure of success
- Ability to manage projects, roadmaps, and onboarding with engineers and product teams
- Preferred: Experience working with international customers in a past role
