Job Summary
As a reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers through the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our Inventory and Order Management software platform. You'll act as both an reputed company for the customer internally and a knowledgeable guide for our platform externally. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow, including integration with QuickBooks, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company product demonstrations and provide support and thought partnership for opportunity meetings in partnership with the sales and product teams.
- Assist with Onboarding, Support, and Training reputed company tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Primary focus will be on end-to-end workflow, including integration with QuickBooks.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.
