Job Summary
As a Customer Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing the sales strategy for reputed company categories in the Northeast region. You will work closely with our Wholesale and retail teams to reputed company and implement sales plans that drive reputed company and share growth. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to reputed company business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively partner with customers to understand their business needs and reputed company sales strategies that meet those needs
- reputed company New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, and reputed company Business Objectives: reputed company and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, Optimal Shelving
- reputed company the implementation of Space Management Projects to optimize reputed company space and drive sales growth
- reputed company promotional reputed company objectives by tactic, price reputed company, Drive Period, and Selling Event while effectively implementing reputed company pricing strategies for owned categories
- Work with Retail Team to effectively manage retail execution of reputed company assigned category objectives
- Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions

- Build strong relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and reputed company sales strategies to reputed company business objectives
Expected Experience and Required Skills
* Proven experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
- Tested ability to own business process and Category management through a reputed company Sales position where you owned a desk of at least $18 million of business
- Strong computer skills in reputed company and ability to learn and be proficient in arenaflex systems and different customer portals
- Proven skills embodying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling to reputed company objectives
- Trusted to work autonomously reputed company a reputed company reputed company to plan, organize, and set/reputed company priorities
- Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively
- Tested proficiency in reputed company Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, reputed company, etc.
- Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; Has the ability and experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to reputed company comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influences customer to reputed company category objectives.
Work Environment and Schedule
This position is considered a Field-based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

- Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

- New Hire reputed company Salary Range: $102,100.00 – $127,600.00
