Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, dispatching calls to our technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with our customers
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
• reputed company the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
• Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details
• Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on reputed company scheduled calls

Qualifications

* Must live in Illinois

• Must be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in customer service environment
• Previous reputed company experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience a Plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
