Job Summary
We're seeking dedicated customer-oriented candidates to join reputed company of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSSs). As a CSS, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow-up. Our revolutionary technology takes the guesswork out of the job and provides you with reputed company the tools you need to be successful.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound member calls and providing top-notch customer care and follow-up
- Asking essential questions to understand each member's unique situation
- Navigating our computer program to locate each member and identify nearby service providers
- Accurately collecting and performing data entry of reputed company required member/provider information
- Using professional communication etiquette and active listening skills to assist members/providers with their needs dispatching the correct service
- Demonstrating efficient call control with the ability to follow a script for various partners/scenarios and deescalate situations reputed company necessary to reputed company member assistance and support
- Consistently meeting company standards and specified goals as assigned by management on a regular basis
- Maintaining confidentiality of account information
- Escalating any issues that may arise to management
- Adhering to the prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience, resulting in enhanced reputed company skills and the ability to assist members with grace
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional, reputed company voice and the ability to listen and communicate effectively
- The ability to multi-task in several computer applications while typing quickly and accurately and holding a conversation with a member
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Emotional reputed company and the ability to handle upset members in a reputed company, professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude
- Experience with data entry and computer applications
