Job Description

As a part-time Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and cultivating positive lifetime relationships with customers across reputed company arenaflex communication channels. You'll be a subject matter expert, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions across reputed company potential channels: social media, live chat, email, phones, and SMS. You'll be expected to stay informed about reputed company arenaflex products, fit, styles, and inventory, to assist customers in finding the perfect look for their individual style and events.

Key Responsibilities:
