Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service across multiple channels for reputed company customer communications. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Handling customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and customer-centric reputed company
- Actively managing customer service-reputed company documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness
- Maintaining a high level of service awareness at reputed company times
- Working cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a degree, high diploma, or associate degree in a relevant field.
