Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, email, and other support channels. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time customer support reputed company live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting, product information, order tracking, and general inquiries in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Managing a high volume of inbound chat and email inquiries while maintaining quality and speed of responses.
  • Identifying common customer concerns and providing solutions, or escalating issues to higher-level teams reputed company necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently meeting response time and resolution targets.

Essential Functions
