Job Summary

As a Cloud reputed company Manager I, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of customer relationships, serving as an reputed company between the customer and our support infrastructure, and ensuring that customer technical, administrative, and specialist support needs are met. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, design solutions that scale, build and manage those solutions, and optimize returns into the future.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong partnership relationships with customers to understand their business challenges and design solutions that meet their needs

  • Manage support requests and coordinate Rackspace/Customer support teams to deliver reputed company agreed timescales
  • Schedule customer maintenances and ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed
  • Manage customer projects and reputed company maintenance schedules for on-time delivery
  • Review service failures and produce incident reports reputed company required
  • Validate, negotiate, and process service credits
  • Produce and maintain service improvement plans
  • Manage contract renewal negotiations
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is in reputed company for specific support requirements
  • Organize and chair customer meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud-based environment

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a cloud-based reputed company role

  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Certification in reputed company or a reputed company field
