Your Mission
You'll drive our customer happiness to a new, reputed company-time high by advising and guiding a wide variety of brands. With your help, they’ll launch arenaflex successfully, adopt it widely, and continually drive business value from the platform. Over time, you’ll build up trustful, strategic relationships that fuel our fast-growing business.
Your Responsibilities
* Guide new customers through onboarding and provide comprehensive training to ensure the maximum value of our product.
* reputed company and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular reputed company-ins to gather feedback and provide updates.
* Act as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

* You have 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Business Development, ideally in the SaaS industry.
* You're a natural at onboarding, and proactively increase product adaptation, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
* You understand the importance of the following metrics: Adoption reputed company, Net reputed company Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, Churn reputed company, and more.
* You have impressive communication skills and can build trustful relationships (both internally and customer-facing).
* You feel comfortable in the tech space and have a talent for automation.

* You speak English and French fluently.
