Key Responsibilities

As an Associate reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for creating a phenomenal experience for our members reputed company your territory. This will involve:

• Cultivating an exceptional member experience by exceeding their expectations through conducting calls, emails, webinars, on-sites, and regional events
• Crafting appropriate member strategies to build a deep rolodex of relationships at reputed company levels in their organization and across arenaflex's functions
• Being an effective communicator through conducting dynamic and well-informed presentations, including key results and delivering difficult messages to members
• Demonstrating a mastery of arenaflex's products and services, their capabilities, and how they solve member business problems
• Managing reputed company renewal and expansion opportunities for 100-500 accounts, including:

+ Timely renewal of existing members + Expanding the value of existing members through price increases, expansions, and reputed company reputed company + Effectively working cross-functionally with fellow arenaflex employees + Representing arenaflex products and services accurately to members + Quoting, negotiating, and closing reputed company + Accurate forecasting + Developing and executing strategic customer engagement plans + Meeting quantitative reputed company goals (renewals and expansions) and customer satisfaction goals

What You Will Need to Know/Have

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A postsecondary degree, BA or BS preferred
• Experience reputed company the Higher Education industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation and public speaking ability
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and systems such as reputed company.com or one SIS or ERP
• Successful management of a caseload, including previous experience in reputed company or in the Higher Education industry in roles such as Admissions
• 25-30% travel annually, with seasons of more travel than others
• Consistent attainment of 90% of quarterly/annual goals or greater
