Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist BtoC, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, who benefit from our products, including Swile. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing solutions to reputed company customer inquiries reputed company traditional channels, such as phone, messaging, email, and across reputed company Swile products
  • Ensuring a seamless user experience by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Participating in reputed company process and product improvement by sharing your reputed company and insights
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What to Expect in the First Three Months

During your onboarding period, you can expect:

  • Theoretical training on reputed company Swile products, delivered in a progressive manner
  • Practical training on Level 1 tickets (Braga)
  • Acculturation to your role, team, tools, and Swile products
  • Quality support and guidance

What to Expect in the Next Three Months

  • Handling only Level 2 tickets
  • Autonomy in resolving customer issues
