What You'll Do:

As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and managing the success of a portfolio of customers across the entire post-sale customer journey – from kick-off through advocacy to renewal. You'll own the reputed company of your portfolio, proactively identifying and executing upsell and expansion opportunities while mitigating any churn risks. You'll think strategically to establish, maintain, and maximize satisfaction from using our platform, serving as arenaflex's ambassador to the customers and their ultimate advisor. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing the success of a portfolio of customers across the entire post-sale customer journey

* 4+ years of professional experience working with B2B customers (min. mid-market, preferably international accounts)

• Hands-on experience working consultatively on a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) with goals tied to reputed company growth

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
