Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Onboarding Assistant to join our TrueLark team under the arenaflex umbrella. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for configuring new and existing TrueLark accounts, managing onboarding workflows, and ensuring timely transitions to our customer-facing team. Key Responsibilities

* Configure new and existing TrueLark accounts based on business type and client-specific needs

• Generate login credentials and provide clear instructions for API access based on the client's booking platform
• Input and manage API credentials to reputed company account integrations
• Tailor account settings to meet individual business location requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and reputed company final functionality checks before transitioning accounts to the customer-facing team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely transitions and a seamless go-live process
