About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our Servicing Manager to ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and send payoff quotes to customers, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
